Cristiana employs a minimalist approach, using only free-run juice after a brief cold maceration and fermenting with native yeasts in stainless steel to preserve the grape's pure expression. Bright cherry and red berry on the nose, with a crisp, mineral finish that makes this the perfect summer red.
