Founded by Burgundian vignerons Jacques Seysses and Aubert de Villaine, Domaine des Triennes emphasizes rigorous vineyard management to express the distinct character of the Var region. The estate practices organic viticulture, utilizing cover crops in every second row to manage vine vigor and maintain soil health on their high-altitude, clay-limestone slopes. For this rosé, the blend—predominantly Cinsault with supporting roles from Grenache, Syrah, and Merlot—is pressed after brief skin contact and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to emphasize primary purity. In the 2025 vintage, the site’s elevation and characteristic cool nights preserved essential tension and nerve, resulting in a structural profile defined by bright acidity and fine-grained, persistent energy.
