Founded in Avize in 1894, Agrapart & Fils has remained a family-run estate for generations, currently managed by Pascal and Fabrice Agrapart. The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru vineyards across the Côte des Blancs villages of Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry, where vines are planted in limestone-rich chalk soils. In the glass, it shows bright notes of lemon oil, green apple, and hazelnut, with a structured, chalky texture and fine bubbles. This Extra Brut bottling captures the specific mineral tension of its origin through the winery's minimalist, organic-leaning approach.
