Benchmark Jura estate. The Poulsard is raised in Amphore and sees no additional sulfur so it’s natural but super clean – textbook Poulsard which is so delicate and brings to mind wild strawberries. A super compelling wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for at least a decade or more.
