Bonal, Gentiane Quina

This is fresh and juicy wine that has been bittered with quinine, everyone's favorite tonic water flavoring, malaria destroying tree bark. This stuff makes for an interesting sweet vermouth substitute in the usual suspects, as an aperitif with a little lemon twist.
