Bonnaire, Champagne, Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, "Terroirs" Extra Brut

This is an exciting new addition to our Blanc de Blancs inventory. Brothers Jean-Emmanuel and Jean-Etienne Bonnaire have taken this historic estate to new heights. This cuvee is made from Cramant, Oiry and Chouilly with a hallmark creamy yet still tense and coiled style. This NV wine is base '19 and '20 and is made entirely in stainless steel, where they allow malolactic fermentation to run its course, softening the wines a bit and maintaining pure aromatics and a salty flavor profile.
