Bordiga, Occitan Gin

If we had house spirits here, this would be it. Its inexpensive, delicious, and a liter. Always go for the liter when you can (unless of course, you're trying to assuage some of the boredom-anxiety of a long flight and you need some of those lil ones) especially with something that's gonna go down this easy. One of my summer jams (besides jelly) is a gin and tonic with this and a splash of their bianco vermouth (an off dry bottle of loveliness), topped up with some good tonic water. Get your lime spritz going in there and you're good to go. A nice and simple gin that just relaxes in a drink.
