Ca’ del Bosco is located in the hills of Erbusco within the Franciacorta appellation, an estate established in the mid-1960s when Annamaria Clementi Zanella purchased a small house surrounded by chestnut woods. The vineyards consist of plots across several municipalities with diverse soil profiles, and the wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Nero. In the glass, it shows a pale gold color with a fine, persistent mousse, offering straightforward notes of yellow apple, citrus, and toasted almond with a crisp, structured texture.
