Chartreuse, Jaune Liqueur (Disgorged 06/29/2023)

In our opinion, there’s nothing else remotely like Chartreuse in the spirits world. It has health benefits first recognized by the Carthusian monks; it has a top-secret recipe that only 3 people on the planet at any given time know; and it’s one of the world’s only spirits that improves, evolves, and ages once bottled. Sometimes you don't want the OG green stuff. Sometimes you need that lower proof, that acacia honey, that saffron golden goodness. Maybe you're making Yellow Parrots (a bold move! Make sure to schedule a handler for your afternoon) or a Naked and Famous (cause all the Last Word riffs are kind of better than the original). Maybe you want a Daisy with some depth. How am I supposed to know? These are all stellar ideas though. You're welcome.
