The winemaking employs predominantly destemmed fruit and maturation in 100% new oak, a technical regimen that stabilizes the site’s structural weight while accentuating its characteristic mineral transparency.

The 2012 growing season produced a small, concentrated crop of thick-skinned berries, resulting in a wine with exceptional dry extract and significant mid-palate density.
