2019 Domaine de la Grange des Peres, Pays d'Herault Blanc - Magnum

When Laurent Vaillé founded Domaine de la Grange des Pères in the early 1990s, the hills of the Hérault were not yet associated with wines of this caliber. Working with small limestone parcels near Aniane, Vaillé produced wines that quickly gained a cult following and helped reshape perceptions of what the Languedoc could deliver.

The white is produced in tiny quantities from a blend that typically includes Roussanne, Marsanne, and Chardonnay. Fermentation and aging take place in barrel, giving the wine a layered texture that has become a hallmark of the cuvée.

The 2019 vintage brought warm, steady conditions across the region. Stone fruit, citrus peel, and subtle spice unfold gradually, supported by the depth and structure that have made Grange des Pères one of the most sought-after estates in southern France.
