2021 Domaine Jamet, Cote Rotie

The 2021 Northern Rhône vintage is a cool, classic one where growers had to work extremely well to manage the weather and produce balanced, age-worthy wines. It’s the first vintage in quite some time where we didn’t experience extreme heat and elevated levels of alcohol and concentration. The best ‘21s are so elegant and pure, and it seems that Jamet did enough sorting to produce smaller quantities of really excellent wine. You can drink this now in its infancy or enjoy over the decades to come. There is tremendous value, class, and staying power here. We suggest serving the wine at just above cellar temp and not decanting it. Enjoy the young fruit and exuberant, classic aromatics.
