This Manzanilla Pasada, sourced from a specific butt in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, benefits from the region's coastal microclimate and albariza soils, fostering a particular flor unique to the Guadalquivir estuary. The butts are deliberately filled "a tocadedos," restricting the flor's surface area to allow a controlled, prolonged biological aging to intertwine with subtle oxidative development.
