Paul Girard, the passionate vigneron, meticulously farms his vines organically and is pursuing biodynamic certification, embodying a philosophy that rigorous vineyard work minimizes intervention in the cellar. This non-vintage cuvée artfully blends 70% of the 2021 harvest with 30% from a perpetual reserve, with vinification occurring in oak and the reserve aged in foudre, contributing to its ample and chiseled character.
