2022 Javi Revert, Sensal, Valencia

Javi Revert makes the wines at Finco Sandoval in Castilla la Mancha and this is his personal project. This is a blend of Garnacha, Montastrell and local grape Arcos. Very fine and delineated fruit- drinks a bit like a Pinot in that lifted, ethereal style, not clunky at all. Pretty versatile on the table too.
