Made with a field blend of indigenous white grapes, primarily Rabigato, from vines planted between 1920 and 1933. Grown on mica schist soils at high elevations (650-700m) using sustainable viticulture practices. Fermented with indigenous yeasts to preserve the purity of the fruit and terroir.
