Marie Courtin is located in the village of Polisot within the Côte des Bar, operating under biodynamic farming practices since 2005. This still white wine originates from a single parcel named Le Tremble, where east-facing vines reach roughly forty years of age. Following a light pressing of the grapes, native yeast fermentation takes place inside two 500-liter amphoras—one made of clay and the other of sandstone—before the wine is bottled without fining or filtration. The resulting bottling offers a direct expression of the site, structured by natural winemaking methods that preserve its core integrity. This bottle offers solid value for drinkers seeking an authentic, unmanipulated regional still wine that drinks well right away.
