Sourced from albariza-rich vineyards, this Manzanilla is defined by the high calcium carbonate content of the soil, which facilitates the retention of moisture during the intense heat of the Andalusian summer. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an extensive biological aging process in American oak casks, where the consistent presence of flor prevents oxidation and preserves the wine's characteristic structural salinity. The resulting architecture is driven by a stark, linear tension and a dry, saline weight that reflects the maritime influence of the Guadalquivir estuary.
