Giampiero has become a leading voice in Italy's natural wine movement, co-founding Vini Veri to champion transparent, chemical-free practices. Cotidie—Latin for "daily"—represents the estate's foundational expression: a co-ferment of Sagrantino and Trebbiano Spoletino that revives older Umbrian tradition, destemmed and fermented with native yeasts on clay-limestone soils without temperature control, fining, or filtration. The result is a wine of structured elegance and unadorned terroir.
