2020 Perrot-Minot, Gevrey-Chambertin, Justice des Seuvrees

Perrot-Minot makes really sexy wines – styled in a similar fashion to Rousseau. This wine comes from village level holdings Christophe Perrot-Minot has in the two Gevrey-Chambertin lieu dits called: La Justice and Les Seuvrees. La Justice is a cool vineyard with a haunting past as it’s the location where there used to be a guillotine to provide a final justice. Normally when two lieu dits are combined to make a single wine, it would just be labeled Gevrey-Chambertin, but this is not the case with this special wine.
