2020 Tiberio, Colle Vota, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo

This is a single vineyard wine at a higher elevation from a different Montepulciano biotype than Tiberio's 'Archivio' bottling - smaller berries, thicker skins- and takes a bit longer to mature. An excellent option to put away in the cellar to allow it to come around. Fermentation and elevage all done in stainless steel, no wood. Christiana Tiberio is a dynamic female winemaker making some of the most exciting wines of her region.
