The two brothers Charles-Henry & Emanuel Fourny are at the helm of this family domaine located in Vertus that was established in the mid 1800’s. Vertus is a premier cru village, less known than its surrounding Grand Cru bretheren, but no less noble in good hands. The Fourny family possess diverse holdings with varying expositions over some especially chalky soils, which gives the wines a freshness and multi-faceted expression that is extremely satisfying.
