2022 Vincent Pinard, Sancerre, Chene Marchand

Pinard is a highly regarded Sancerre producer located in the village of Bué.  They are extremely committed to organic viticulture, low yields and minimal intervention winemaking. These are pure, complex and age-worthy wines. Chene Marchand is one of their top single-vineyard wines that feature some of Bué’s finest terroirs: Oxfordian limestone. It’s a subtle, quiet and complex wine and would recommend decanting and serving with more substantial dishes.
