Sourced from 100% mature Blue Weber agave cultivated in the red volcanic soils of El Arenal within Jalisco's Tequila Valley, the piñas undergo a meticulous 72-hour slow roast in traditional brick ovens. Fermented naturally with agave fibers and ambient yeasts, then double-distilled in a combination of stainless steel and copper pot stills, this process captures the plant's true essence. The resulting unaged Blanco, often presented at a higher proof, exhibits a robust structure, characterized by a viscous mouthfeel, deep minerality, and a persistent finish that underscores its unadulterated agave core.
