Whether you’re a firm believer in "rosé all day" or you’re just starting to explore the pink side of wine, this class is for you! Join us for an evening dedicated to everyone's favorite warm-weather sipper: Rosé.

In this class, we’ll bust the myth that all rosé is sweet and take your palate on a global journey. We’ll sip our way through the crisp, bone-dry classics of Provence, explore the vibrant and traditional Rosados of Spain, and discover exciting new expressions.

Kimberly Cavoores, Wine and Experience Director of Manhattan Wine Company, will guide you through each style — where the grapes are grown, how the wine is made, and why exploring the world of rosé rewards the curious drinker again and again.
