I know that you're thinking that this seems like the most expensive bottle of limoncello you've ever seen and there's no way that you're going to buy it and I applaud your business acumen, you savvy buyer of booze you. But this isn't destined for the freezer and drink at the end of a meal when my palate is blasted out, sugar bomb nonsense. This is Roulot here and they have a deep history of making strikingly good spirits (you gotta try their Apricot). Made using both macerated/distilled and then infused Sicilian Petronio lemons, lightly sweetened using actual extract of sweet sweet victory (this last part is, alas, a lie and I'm sorry), this is stunningly good stuff.
