This tiny production tequila is from the quintessential spirits portfolio here in America, PM Spirits, with whom we’ve worked closely for years.
Distiller Jose Luis Gutierrez made this tequila blanco especially for them, and it is the result of one single horno—or oven, full of hearts of agave. These consistently impress even jaded tequila collectors who’ve seen and tasted it all, and we’re proud to offer these.
From the exact same single horno as the 80 proof, however this is bottled at still strength. 55% alcohol, aka. 110 proof.
