At this age we found the most complete, full spectrum expression, balancing the essence of cider with the influence of wood and oxidation. Deep rancio tinged with notions of caramel and baked apple, which carries notions of blossoms and apple essence. In the mouth, the very present wood tannins meld into the texture of apple skin with a rainbow of flavor, from the high register orchard notes to bassy baked apple and earthy spice.
