A very interesting single-vineyard old vine Carignan bottling (from vines planted in 1950). Still quite young! From the highest altitude parcel in the Les Sentius paraje, 630m altitude. I would just love to taste this from a decanter over the course of a long evening with Manchego and grilled meats. Aged in new French oak, and then cellared 13 years before release! -Jonny Lips
