This assemblage of fruit from each top Stagård site is raised in demi-muid and as such represents the sole Stagård Riesling to see wood. Apple and lime are prominently marked by seed piquancy and also pick up some spice from oak. The feel is firm but the fruit is generously juicy, and sweaty notes lend saliva-inducing salinity, animal intrigue and animating tang to the seriously sustained finish.
