From multiple organically farmed parcels of vines near Albacete at 900m on clay and limestone soils. 30-70% whole cluster, depending on vintage, and an average 10 day maceration before pressing. Ferments in old wood and concrete, then rests on lees 8 months. Bottled with minimal sulfur. 70% Garnacha Tintorera (aka Alicante Bouschet) and 30% Moravia Agria.
