This is local grape Arcos that drinks like ethereal Red Burgundy (Pinot Noir) with very aromatic red cherry fruit, lifted and easy to drink. From 50 year vines grown at 2000 ft elevation. Very versatile on the table - roast chicken, salmon etc. This wine manages to be really unique while still having mass appeal.
