Pierre Morey is a legend - he made the wines and was in charge of farming for Domaine Leflaive for 20 years before returning to his family’s estate. His daughter Anne is now at the helm. Volnay and Chambolle can count among the most delicate of red Burgundies, and Monthelie is like a secret twin neighbor to Volnay that shows a great deal of the character, but for less of a cost up front.
