Alberto Nanclares is an important figure in Galicia, turning out some of the most compelling bottles of Albarino that we've ever encountered. While the variety itself has become more of a household name in recent years, many iterations of the grape look to course correct for its inherently high acidity. Nanclares, on the other hand, embraces it, producing wines that capture all the effusive aromatics of the grape with the salty minerality that echoes the seaside surroundings of his vines. This is a blend of fruit from 6 separate parcels, fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless. Invigorating, chiseled stuff that will awaken your senses with every sip.
