This couple is on their 6th vintage, and they’re already making some of the best Chablis out there. Oak is deftly employed to round out the textures – something Eleni probably learned a little bit about when she was assistant winemaker at Domaine Vincent Dauvissat – but the wines have lots of drive and minerality. Boucheran is nestled between Vaillons and Montmains on the left bank. Easily delivers 1er Cru quality.
