This is a dry white wine made from the Erbaluce grape – Piedmont’s greatest and most noble white variety. The grapes for "Le Chiusure" are grown on the slopes of the Serra d'Ivrea, a mountain range that forms the border between Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 400-500 meters above sea level, and the soils are composed of clay, loam, and sand. The wine features great acidity, minerality, and citrusy floral aromas.
