Moreau-Naudet is one of our go-to Chablis producers. They make ripe, textured Chablis that are both mineral and concentrated. They farm biodynamically, hand-harvest everything and raise the wines in barrel. This is world class stuff and unfortunately getting harder and harder to come by.
The vineyards are spread across two villages: Préhy and Courgis. One is predominantly limestone, the other predominantly clay. Vines are on average between 20 - 60 years old. This ages 14 - 20 months on fine lees. There is no oak used for the AOC Chablis; it is entirely stainless steel.
