Giuseppe Sesti was already an accomplished astronomy author and avid opera lover before finally deciding to purchase his own vineyards around the hamlet of Argiano in the early 1990’s. The vines at the property have now entered a perfect period of maturity, and Giuseppe’s vision has been further fine-tuned by his talented daughter, Elisa, who has been working alongside him since 1999. Their immaculate care and precision allow them to work very successfully with minimal sulfur added throughout production and at bottling. These are natural wines by most definitions, but never in a way that detracts from their exceptional focus. Sesti is a cornerstone producer for us.
