This biodynamic winemaker was the very first to be certified biodynamic in Sancerre; that’s commitment and a trailblazing spirit to say the least. This Tournebride bottling is a complete snapshot of all that Sancerre can be, as it is a blend of all three different limestone terroirs in Sancerre (caillottes, silex, and terre blanches). Vinified in a 50/50 blend of stainless steel vessels and old wood (foudre), and then aged entirely in stainless steel for 18 months. From vines 40 years of age.
