Domaine de Fontsainte produces a lovely example of Vin Gris, a slightly richer style of rosé than is typically made in Provence. The wine is still dry but has a touch more body allowing it to stand up to all sorts of food. The estate is located in Corbieres in the Languedoc-Roussillon just a few miles from the sea. All of the vineyards are farmed sustainably. One of our favorite rosés every year, as the dry finish feels like exactly what is needed to confront the heat and humidity of summer!
