Quite a robust, juicy, and alluring bottle of rosé champagne. Franck Pascal is unbelievably devoted to biodynamic and organic farming, and this bottling is certified by Biodyvin. A rosé d’assemblage, 60% Pinot Meunier, 38% Pinot Noir, and 2% Chardonnay, with seven years of lees aging for depth and a classic champagne profile. A tiny 3g/L of dosage, to accentuate the mineral character and round the wine out.
