Fiore is made from only free run juice that then ages on its lees in stainless steel for 12 months. It’s truly a world-class wine that would hold it’s own against far more expensive white wines from say Burgundy or the Loire valley in France. Summer is heating up - this is a perfect wine to reach for with seafood, grilled chicken, or pork, and is also quite lovely on its own. For those with patience, it cellars extremely well for 5 – 10 years, blossoming into a much more unctuous wine.
