Hope you and your loved ones are doing well. We are very excited to announce that we are RE-OPENING our retail store for in-person shopping starting TODAY. We have missed seeing you, talking wine, and sharing our recent wine discoveries. Of course, we also miss tasting with you and hope that soon we will be able to open bottles for you again. Closing the shop to the public was a difficult decision, and re-opening has come with its challenges as well. We wanted to do our part to stop the spread, and both our customers’ and employees’ safety was and always is top of mind. We are committed to following CDC guidelines and paying close attention to the public health updates in New York City.
With that being said, we are excited to announce some expanded shop hours and some new policies to keep everyone as safe as possible. Here’s how in-store shopping has changed:
- New Store Hours
- 11AM – 7PM Monday – Friday, 12PM – 7PM Saturday and Sunday
- Masks will be required of all staff, visitors and customers to enter the shop, and a disposable mask will be provided for those without one
- Hand sanitizer and gloves will be readily available as you walk in the door, and gloves will be required before handling wine bottles
- Occupancy will be limited, ensuring social distancing and one-on-one customer service
- Curbside pick-up is still available
- Orders can be placed online, over the phone, & via email
- No-contact local delivery is still available
- If you live in the neighborhood, hand-delivery is free with no minimum orders.
- All orders over $200 receive free delivery in Manhattan.
- Delivery to Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester, and beyond is available and conducted via our temperature-controlled van by our dedicated staff – please inquire for rates.
It’s been nearly six months since we closed the store, and we can’t wait to welcome you back!
