This bitter is meant to stradel the line beteween the world's classic bitters styles, hinting at the flavor profile of the Trinidadian nee-Venzulan classic Angostura, the soothing bitter amari of the apls, the sazerac-ready New Orleans pink stuff, and the aloe tongue punch of fernet. This is a lovely alternative to all of those (and come on, we're all experimenting with multi-bitter blends in old fashioned et al anyway) that only takes up a single bottle spot on your shelf and yet manages to fill that gaping hole in your life from when Netflix decided to cancel the Dark Crystal series. What a bummer that was. This is why we can't have nice things.
