Aymeric and Melanie learned from some legends in Bandol, Chinon and Bordeaux before returning to their hometown of Saumur Puy Notre Dame to slowly build up their vineyard holdings and begin their new winery. Since then, everything has been converted to organic and then biodynamic farming. This is 100% Cabernet Franc, 40-50 yr old vines on clay and limestone. Delicious and poised, with earthy Amarena cherry fruit in spades. Try this with beef or lamb burgers on the grill!
