Located in the south of Burgundy, this is richer in style while still maintaining a nice, dry lemon/lime fruitiness and finish with slightly honeyed and spiced, fresh green apple. This will still have a great sense of minerality as well, even if it's from farther south in the Macon. Fun fact: this heralded Pouilly vineyard is one of only four that have recently been upgraded to 1er cru status, making this even more of a smart buy.
