We had this wine open for our last Saturday tasting, and boy, was it delicious! Cerasuolo is an Italian term that translates to "cherry red," referring to the wine's vibrant color rather than its flavor. This almost fuchsia-hued Cerasuolo is one you'll definitely want to serve with a light chill.
