The Uivo Pet Nat rosé from Foilas de Baco has been a fixture on our shelves for many years now. Tiago Sampaio founded this estate high in the hills of the Alto Douro in 2007 after attaining a PhD in Viticulture while studying in Oregon. His mission since returning to the Douro has been to bridge modern wine sensibilities with the traditions of his homeland. Uivo is made from 100% Pinot Noir and sports tart red fruit with zesty citrus and crisp focus. Clean, bright, and refreshing, this is everything we want in a Pet Nat.
