Good luck finding a better value in white Burgundy that shows both a rich core and oceanic, mineral aromas these days! We simply can’t keep this wine in stock for long. Organic and biodynamically farmed from a tiny 0.96ha plot in the village of Prissé from vines planted in 1986. Ages in stainless steel on its lees for 16 months. The true strength of this wine is its interplay between richness and oceanic austerity—with air, a salinity and a sea-spray mineral character arise that prove endlessly endearing.
