In addition, the viticultural approach has been biodynamic since 1996, which is far before many neighboring estates. While biodynamics don't mean everything, an early adoption shows the care with which the vineyards have been treated for nearly three decades. This is textbook Northern Rhône Syrah - wild, brambly fruit with a savory backbone. Consider this with grilled meats, especially with herbs like rosemary and thyme.
